Requests and their IDs (Kennung)
Every request gets a human-readable Kennung — its identifier — of the form
V-YYYY-NNN, for example V-2026-014.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”V— Vorlage (the German name for a request).YYYY— the year the request was created.NNN— a per-year sequence, zero-padded to three digits (014).
The counter is per tenant and per year and is incremented atomically when
the request is created, so two requests never share a Kennung. Numbering restarts
at 001 each year.
Where you see it
Section titled “Where you see it”The Kennung appears in the request header, in the Requests list, in search,
and on the Audit trail PDF (the export is named audit-<kennung>.pdf).
