Form fields
A template can define form fields — simple questions asked at submission. They are the facts that station conditions are evaluated against (for example Controlling only when no posts are available).
The field types
Section titled “The field types”| Type | Asks for |
|---|---|
| Text | Free text. |
| Number | A number. |
| Yes/No | A boolean. |
| Choice | One of the Options (comma-separated). |
Each field has a Key (the machine name the condition reads), a Label (what the submitter sees) and a Required flag. A template with none reads No form fields / This workflow template needs no extra form fields.
