Smart lists and saved views
Two ways to keep a filtered list: Saved views (a list’s current filters) and Smart lists (a named rule under Manage).
Saved views
Section titled “Saved views”On a list (Pipeline, Opportunities, Leads, Contacts), set your filters and search, then Save view — give it a name and it appears in the Saved views menu for one-click reuse. Delete it from the same menu.
Smart lists
Section titled “Smart lists”Manage → Smart lists holds named rules over records. Build one with its conditions, Run it to see the matches, and Edit/Delete from the list.
